Hawaii Pacific Neuroscience Center (HPN) is the leading and one of the largest provider of neuroscience care in Hawaii serving over 25,000 patient visits and over 300 research visits in 2016 from all islands. HPN’s successful care delivery model is patient centered and disease-specific as in memory and dementia center, parkinson’s center, epilepsy center, stroke center, headache center, spine center drawing from the expertise of the different neuroscience disciplines working together with the patient as the focus.
-Provide clinical evaluations, consultation, and psychotherapy
-Evaluate crisis situations and apply appropriate interventions
-Assist in developing care management processes for patients
-Provide education and support to patients and families on behavioral health topics
-At least Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Counseling, or other related field.
-Licensed Psychologist or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Hawaii
– Previous clinical experience in assessment and diagnosis, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, geriatric care management, and crisis intervention.
-Excellent working knowledge of behavioral management skills and treatments for mental health conditions
